The short version

If a card is significantly not as described, you have 30 days from your order to tell us and we will make it right. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

What "not as described" means

The card that arrived is not the card on the listing — a different card, a different printing, or a condition materially below what was stated. Every listing states its condition, and our condition guide explains what those words mean here and what we grade against.

How we make it right

• One grade below what was stated — a partial refund of about 10% per grade of difference, and you keep the card. This follows the remedy norm in TCGplayer's seller guidance.
• The wrong card, or materially worse than described — a full refund including return postage. We send the label.

What to do

Message us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. The photo is genuinely the fastest route: we scanned the card before it left, so two pictures usually settle it in one exchange.
